Why we built this.
We watched a 12-person sales team spend 80% of Monday on leads that had no finance.
That's not a marketing problem. That's a qualification problem. The ads were working — the filter was missing.
We saw a developer miss a presale threshold because 60% of their 'pipeline' couldn't settle.
The leads were real people. They just couldn't buy. Nobody verified that before they entered the CRM.
We calculated that one mid-size builder was spending $340 per lead — and converting 4%.
That's $8,500 per contract in lead cost alone, before you count the sales team's time. The 3% model exists because we did that math.
